Birthday

Today was my 25th birthday. I don't even know how to explain it other than it was the greatest fucking birthday I have ever experienced.

I took the day off because my girlfriend Rosemary took the day off as well. The night prior we stayed up super late and drank lightly (me but she got a little too drunk). I was playing some Dead Island (shitting my pants in the process) and she was messing around on the iPad, like she does. We loved, we showered, we slept and it was amazing.

The next morning, around 11:45am, we finally got out of bed. Actual, legitimate birthday time. We got out of bed and figured what to do with the day. I had plans to go to my grandparent's to spend time with my family later in the day, but this was OUR morning; we were going to spend it delightfully.

We started it off with light conversation to figure out what we were going to do. We then decided to go to Robek's and get smoothies.

(That place is amazing. If you have one, you should really go to do it. Blows Jamba Juice out of the water.)

I really wanted something to eat after we got our smoothies... and Carl's Jr. sounded really good. Guess where we went? Guess how good it was? Not that good and it made me sick. Oh well, gave in for the day.

Rosemary wasn't going to go with me to my grandparent's but she eventually did. Honestly, it made my day. I was so happy to have her there. She even liked my grandma's salsa! Good shit, mang.

After that we hit up some Walmart and Bestbuy. X-Men: Next Class and an iPad stand from the former; her cell phone and time card and Lil'Wayne plus a wireless keyboard for the iPad for us. Was a good experience.

It's been a long time since she's had a phone and... well, we had such a great time setting it up and everything. It was weird but awesome at the same time. I love her. Truly. I know she loves me, too. I'm happy.

After X-Men and setting up her phone, we both got drunk off of passion fruit vodka and Dos Equis (my favorite). I played some video games and she listed to music while talking to me. Her friend Meg came over and yeah. Here I am, talking to the two of them, listening to their conversations and typing this up.

If life stays like this, then I wont care to die tomorrow. I'm content. I'm comfortable. I'm happy.

Life can't get any better.

The next quarter of my life is set for awesome. Here's to me hitting that goal.
